The 2018-2022 PDN is the Executives main governance instrument, which aims to promote the countrys socio-economic and territorial development over the next five years. It covers the national, sectoral and provincial levels and implements the strategic development guidelines assumed in the Angola 2025 Long Term Strategy (ELP).
